COVID-19 OPERATIONAL RESPONSE

As an essential business, we are here for you. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers and team members.

The precautions we are taking to make sure your move goes safely:

  • All moving coordination consultations will be held virtually.
  • Moves will be contactless wherever possible. Either over phone or through social distancing.
  • All team members will have personal protective equipment including gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes or cleaner.
  • Maintain social distance of at least 6′ whenever possible from both our customers and co-workers. Wear masks and gloves when it is not.
  • Limit any required customer interactions to team leads only.
  • Daily temperature screenings and anyone not feeling well are required to stay home.

If you think that you are required to interact with are at high-risk to COVID-19, due to age or pre-existing conditions, we ask that you please have someone fill in for you to facilitate the move on your behalf. If that is not possible, we ask that you please wear personal protective equipment and maintain at least 6′ social distance at all times.

If you or someone in your household is exhibiting symptoms, we are happy to accommodate your needs. If you can’t reschedule, then we can work with a 3rd party or use contactless process to facilitate the move. Whatever is needed to make this go as smoothly as possible for you.

Please understand if the move takes longer than normal for high-risk facilities like nursing homes, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, or other shared living facilities with high-risk tenants. These facilities require increased safety precautions. We are committed to making sure that all facility guidelines are followed at all times.
